Drew some lines and it should be perfectly aligned now

Hopefully it's ok this time ^^'

* XOR-ing the label text into the edge of the mask as adviced by the
technician
* Mirrored all the layers so that the will appear correctly on the wafer

Reviewed Hagens changes after pulling, the mask is still ok it appears
after generating the GDS2 again.
The last DRC errors seem to have gone. Lets ship it.

* Instead of scaling in magic I now scale the polygons within the script
* I added the name of the layers so that it's easier to analyse
	(as requested by Ferenc)

We didn't have to sign an NDA, so I think it's alright.

Also the machine for which this frame is ment is so old that it's not
bleeding edge anymore anyway.

We need to generate mask sets for the machine in the team, so the vendor
of the machines should come to me if they have a problem with me pushing
these layouts...
